Complaints

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If at any time we have not met our obligations—or you have a complaint about any of our services—please inform us so we can work towards a resolution. We aim to handle all complaints efficiently, honestly, and fairly. 


 

You can lodge a complaint with us by any reasonable means, including telephone or email. Please address your complaint to our Complaints Officer.

 Once we receive your complaint:

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (or one business day) of receiving it.
  • Investigation: We will investigate your concerns and aim to resolve them promptly.
  • Final Response: We will provide you with a written final response within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint (or 21 days for complaints involving default notices).
  • Delays: If we cannot respond within this timeframe, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and when you can expect a response."


If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within 30 days, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA is an independent, external dispute resolution scheme, and their service is free to you."
